Your dedicated seating area will be positioned right outside the plenary hall at the hotel on Wednesday, June 12th, so you can connect with Convention attendees during breaks and meals.
Additional Information:
- Booth and sponsorship purchases are 100% non-refundable*.
- Booth selection is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Towing charges at exhibitor’s expense.
- Up to 50% reduction in static space allowed until May 10, 2024, without penalty.
- No reductions/refunds will be accepted after May 10, 2024.
