Connect Locally With Canada’s Business Aviation Community
CBAA’s Regional Chapters bring business aviation professionals together across Canada to connect, share information, and stay engaged with industry activity in their region.
With business aviation operations and manufacturing directly supporting 25,600 jobs across Canada, our chapters help create meaningful opportunities for members, industry partners, and aviation professionals to build relationships and stay informed.
How Chapters Work
CBAA hosts Spring and Fall Chapter Meetings in seven regions across Canada. These meetings are designed to provide a welcoming, regional forum where attendees can network, hear industry updates, learn from guest speakers, and connect with peers in their local business aviation community.
Each chapter is supported by volunteer Chapter Champions who help provide regional insight, encourage participation, and support the ongoing success of chapter events.
Why Get Involved?
Regional Chapters are a great way to:
- Meet and connect with industry peers in your area
- Expand your professional network
- Stay informed on regional and national business aviation topics

Upcoming Chapter Meetings
CBAA hosts Chapter Meetings each Spring and Fall in regions across Canada. These events provide an opportunity to connect with local industry peers, hear important updates, and take part in meaningful conversations with Canada’s business aviation community.
Does Airmanship End When the Checklist Begins?
This fall, each CBAA Chapter Meeting will be preceded by a dedicated one-hour Safety Talk education session for operators, providing an additional opportunity to learn, share insights and strengthen safety across our industry.
Presented by Étienne Côté of Vapor Trails Solutions, this session will explore the evolution of aircraft checklists and the human factors that influence their use, or misuse. Attendees will examine why checklist-related issues continue to contribute to incidents and how lessons from past events can help improve safety.
Recommended for all aviation professionals, including flight crews, pilots and technicians.
