Request to Participate in 2022 Aviation Compensation Study

Compensation packages are a key component in attracting and retaining employees. It is also a key decision-making tool in ensuring optimal flight departments. Compensation is the foundation of a strong employee value proposition and demonstrates the unique skillset of the workforce within Canada’s business aviation sector.

We recently commissioned InterVISTAS Consulting Inc. to update the 2019 Aviation Compensation Study published by the Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA), which includes a comprehensive overview of business aviation compensation practices, incentive plans and work conditions, as well as specific industry benchmark positions. This study also includes data on recruitment, turnover, and retention practices.

As the only study in Canada that specifically tracks business aviation as a separate sector, the results of the study will be used to raise awareness of the high-skilled positions that are supported by Canada’s business aviation employers. The study results will also help member companies better evaluate their flight departments.
