- One or more turboprop aircraft* under 12,500 lbs - $650 (formerly POC 1 &2)
- One turboprop aircraft* 12,500 lbs and over - $2,500 (formerly POC 3)
- One turbojet aircraft under 15,000 lbs - $2,500 (formerly POC 4)
- One turbojet aircraft 15,000 lbs to 30,000 lbs - $3,500 (formerly POC 5)
- One turbojet aircraft over 30,000 lbs - $5,000 (formerly POC 6)
- Two or more aircraft 12,500 lbs and over - $5,000 (formerly POC 7)
